Available to all current NASA and Contractor employees

• Value of Rewards Points
• There are well over 100 possible points you may collect in one year
• The maximum cash reward at Starport Services is $50
• You may redeem as few as 1 reward point for $1 or 50 reward points for $50

List There are two types of rewards activities

• 1.  Mayo Clinic Activities
• Mayo Clinic activities are on line activities offered at the Mayo Clinic website
• Reward points are entered automatically when you participate on line.

• 2.  JSC Activities
• JSC activities include many things and are not on line activities. Points for these activities are not entered automatically on line when you participate.
• At the completion of the activity you must enter your completion date at the Mayo Clinic website.

Clinic Entering your activities

• 1.  Mayo Clinic Activities
• Log into the Mayo Clinic website and click on the Reward Program button.
• Click on the program for the current year and find the activity you’re interested in.
• Once you complete the activity, the points will be added automatically.

• 2.  JSC Activities
• Log into the Mayo Clinic website and click on the Reward Program button.
• Click on the program for the current year and scroll down until you find the JSC activity you completed.
• Enter the date you completed the activity and click “Did it”

Redeeming your rewards points

• All activities must be entered on line by Dec 31st. Points can not be awarded for activities that are not entered on line by the deadline.
• Print your rewards activities list with your browser printer and bring it to the Fitness Center Front Desk to pick up your gift card.
• Dates to pick up your gift card: Jan – March
• Dates to use your gift card: Jan - May
