An equivalent combination of moderate plus vigorous activity, for example,
2 days walking 50 minutes = 100 minutes and 1 day of jogging 25 minutes.
NOTE: The US Department of Health and Human Services reports that meeting or
exceeding the activity recommendations listed in a., b., c. above provides substantial health benefits.
